You pay a fixed price for each active employee, every month, in US dollars. Every birthday cake and its delivery is included. No setup fee.
Classic
$4 per active employee per month

Premium
$7 per active employee per month
- A team cake (serves 8 to 10) on every birthday, delivered
- From a Premium partner bakery, with the name on the cake and a card
- Made without what each person avoids
- Extra cakes $55 each
Classic or Premium
What changes with Premium.
Both plans book every birthday automatically and respect what each person avoids. Premium is for teams that want the cake to feel personal.

Type the town your office is in. You see at once whether a partner bakery delivers there today.
The details
An active employee is someone on your team list who is active and has cakes turned on. People who opted out are not billed.
Example: a team of 20 on Classic pays 20 x $4.00 = $80.00 a month.
Monthly or yearly
Monthly plans are billed on the 1st of each month and run at least 3 months. Yearly plans cost 10 months' price for 12 months of cakes, billed once a year. Your first invoice covers only the days left in the month you start.
When billing starts
Creating an account is free and books nothing. You add your team, see the first amount, and start the plan when you are ready. Cakes start once the first invoice is paid.
Extra cakes
Birthday cakes are included. Every other cake is an extra: work anniversaries (if you turn them on), office treat days and one-time celebrations. An extra costs $35 on Classic and $55 on Premium, delivery included, and is added to your next invoice after its delivery date.
How you pay
Invoices are paid by card (Visa or Mastercard). Card payments are not open yet: you can sign up, add your team and see your first amount now, and we email you the day you can pay.
