How it works

Set it up once. Every birthday after that takes care of itself.

    Upload a spreadsheet, add people one by one, or send your team a link to add themselves. A name and a birthday are enough: month and day, no year.

  2. Booked with a local bakery

    Every night Yawmak checks the coming birthdays and books each cake 3 days ahead with a partner bakery that serves your office's city.

  3. The cake arrives on their birthday

    The bakery confirms and delivers in your time window; weekend birthdays come the Friday before. You see every step, and the bakery's photo, in your dashboard.

Which cities do you deliver to?

Wherever a partner bakery serves your office. Check your town before you sign up; after you sign up, your Bakeries page shows the bakery for each office.

Do you need everyone's birth year?

No. Month and day are enough, and that is all Yawmak stores.

What if a cake does not arrive?

Tell us the same day from the delivery in your dashboard, or by email, and we credit your next invoice. No photo needed. If a cake arrives damaged or not as ordered, send us a photo within 24 hours. The details are in our delivery policy.

When does billing start?

Signing up is free and books nothing. You add your team, see the first amount, and start the plan when you are ready. Cakes start once the first invoice is paid by card. Card payments are not open yet: nothing is billed until they are, and we email you the day you can pay.

What happens to our employee data?

It stays in your account. A bakery sees only what it needs to make and deliver one cake. Read the privacy policy.
