Delete your account

You can delete your Yawmak account yourself, at any time, from the app or the website.

How to delete it

• Sign in at yawmak.app or in the Yawmak app.
• Open Settings and tap Delete account.
• Enter your password, type DELETE and confirm.

Can't sign in? Email [email protected] from your account's email address and ask us to delete it. We do it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Companies: your team's names, birthdays, dietary needs and start dates, cake messages, office notes, and your login. Your plan stops at once, even within a monthly plan's 3-month minimum, and upcoming cakes are cancelled.
• Bakeries: your WhatsApp number, address, menu and login. Upcoming orders go to another bakery.

What we keep

Invoices and bakery payout statements (amounts, dates and payment references) are kept for 7 years for tax and accounting, under the company or bakery name. Any unpaid invoice is still due.
